Deep Stretch + Mindful Meditation

A yummy combination of mindfulness practices and Yin yoga. You will leave feeling open and relaxed in both mind and body. All levels welcome. Room heated to 82 degrees.

REIKI + STRETCH

Treat yourself to an hour in this beautiful space of calm and refuge. Each class is a mixture of gentle flow, stretch and Yin, followed by a 15-minute savasana with hands-on Reiki healing by Brooke. You will leave feeling connected, open and totally at peace. All levels welcome.

A slower-paced vinyasa that focuses on alignment and mindfully tapping into each pose. Perfect for beginners or more experienced yogis who just want to slow down. All levels welcome. Room heated to 80 degrees.

Brooke incorporates vinyasa flow into most of her classes and often subs vinyasa classes at various studios. She focuses on a balance of strength, flexibility, alignment and proper anatomical sequencing while providing a fun atmosphere with engaging music. She often leads vinyasa flow classes for parties and private events.

Restorative

One of the best ways to relax and calm your central nervous system, Restorative yoga can’t be beat for centering, softening and restoring the mind and body. Brooke utilizes restorative poses in most of her classes and often subs Restorative Yoga at various studios around Dallas.

Guided Meditation

Join Brooke for a 30-45 minute guided meditation, where you will be introduced to several different modalities of mindfulness, meditation, breath work and energy clearing. Each week is a new opportunity for you to drop deeper within yourself and your practice. Calm the active monkey mind and gain clarity and expansiveness deep within yourself. All levels welcome.
